This customer purchased this home knowing it was outdated and needed a full refresh on the exterior. We connected them with a windows and siding vendor and worked along side to tear off the back of this home and build a new outdoor living area with over 500 sq feet of new functional and beautiful living space. A super fun project to build as we new the transformation of the old rotted deck and screened in porch to new composite covered roofing would be amazing. Additionally, we added a waterproof deck on the 2^nd level so the customer could enjoy the lower deck fully protected from the weather. We added a new kitchen with a sink, venting, BBQ, fridge, storage and made this now roof cover complete.
