Complete with a volley ball court, putting green, bocce ball court, outdoor kitchen with sink, ice maker, fridge, BBQ and more. Floating bench that lights underneath with an ambient glow, new deck, new retaining walls and salt finish walkways. Tons of new no maintenance rock garden beds and a wonderful moder n bathroom with an outdoor shower. Additionally, there is food truck parking and this customer has the most wonderful neighborhood parties at the home. A blessing to build this project and to meet such a wonderful family!
